The only moment is now. Haven’t you heard this phrase? The only moment is now.
Did you know that New Year's Day is celebrated on different days in different cultures? The year, therefore, is a matter of perspective. For the Canadians, the New Year begins on January 1. For the Chinese, the New Year starts in February. For people in India, the date of New Year changes depending on the state in which you are living. Many astrologers believe that the astrological New Year is March 20. Can you see that dates are flexible and a matter of perception?
When Daylight Savings Time occurs, the hour on the clock is suddenly changed by collective agreement. 4’o clock suddenly becomes 5’o clock or 3’o clock. Time, therefore, is not fixed. Time is flexible.
So if dates and times are flexible, then why not just stay in the present?
Aging takes place in the passage of time. When you believe that years have gone by, your body reflects your belief and portrays an aged state. Stay in the now, live every moment in the now, and the aging process comes to a stand still. The Angels want you to know that. And you’re welcome.
Exercise
Use the concept of time as a convenience, as a game. You may use time to schedule meetings or doctor’s appointments or to know when the market will open. But you don’t use it to add years to your age.
Pick the age you would like to be, and emanate that. Time and years are illusory. The more you project your desired age, the more your reality will reflect it.
