We truly are all connected to every other sentient being that has ever been and ever will be. Energy cannot be created or destroyed; it only changes form. The vibration of all that has ever been and ever will be is integrated with your divine essence. And if you are connected to everything and everyone, you are thereby entwined with God.
If you do not like the word God, use Love or Bliss or Infinite Intelligence or Source or Buddha or Durga or Fred or Millicent…or the great Artist that lights all colours.
Exercise
Inhale a loving breath into your heart and chant to yourself, “May I be at peace.”
Exhale a loving breath and wish for the universe, “May you be at peace.”
Do this for several minutes. Surrender. Allow the waves of peace to wash over you and through you. All that is inside of you and all that is outside of you converge. All become one.
